Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using the TicketTwig website and ticketing services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use TicketTwig for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
TicketTwig and event organisers
TicketTwig provides tools that organisations use to publish events, sell or issue tickets, deliver ticket emails, and check entry. The organisation publishing an event is responsible for its event details, venue, event delivery, ticket availability, and its own terms for that event. A ticket purchase is with the event organiser.
Tickets and payments
Follow the event page and checkout instructions when reserving or buying tickets. Paid checkout is processed through the payment option shown at checkout. A ticket is valid only as displayed in your ticket record; it may be rejected if it has been cancelled, refunded, revoked, or already used. Contact the organiser about event changes, refunds, or accessibility arrangements.
Organisation accounts
Organisation users must keep their sign-in details secure, provide accurate information, and only access records they are authorised to use. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access controls. Organisation administrators are responsible for granting and removing staff access.
Acceptable use and service availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use it to deceive ticket buyers. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, organisations, or the service. We work to keep TicketTwig available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@tickettwig.com. For an event-specific issue, contact the organiser shown on the event or ticket.
